      Johnny,
      I got the e-mails that I requested, but the site will not allow me to register, saying that my name is already reached the right level. Please don’t put the onus on me to get me into this course. It’s getting beyond my capacity. Won’t you register me yourself.
      I’ll supply any info you need.

          yes Ian, have sent you the email for the info I need.
          The system is set up to work. It may fail and sometimes we as users fail by missing something.
          I think the problem here was that until the echeck cleared it was on stand-by.
          All is good now as I checked and your name is registered so I can now work on logging you in.

            Now that you have logged me in, please describe the path that I take to access the altissimo course.
            I do need precise direction as to the steps. Once I get to it, I promise I will not bother you with this matter.

              No bother at all. Since I used your login info the activation email has been sent to your email so it has to be activated from your end.
              Let me know if it comes or not. Everyone else has signed up through this same process so if there’s something not working on your end (or our end) it means I have to contact a technical person to by-pass the way the system is set up, so don’t worry ether way it’ll get resolved.

                        In case It helps anyone else, I had this problem again today using Google Chrome as my browser. Tried again by pasting the link into Internet Explorer and hey presto all is fine.
