drill ->Flutter Tongue

I don’t understand the word “ecrires” but to do the flutter tongue effect, it’s just rolling the tongue like saying the “RRRRRR” (ARRRIBA!)
rolling the R’s….as in the European way of speaking as opposed to the English way. Does that makes sense?
