Registered how do I access the free lessons? Is a download required? If so were is that located?

after registering you will receive an email which gives you 3 options for which set of lessons you will receive.
then after making your selection you get an email with the first lesson link. the rest of the lesson links will come over the following few days to spread them out a bit.
