It’s not a blues as far as the typical 12 bar progression goes
In that respect it has an 8 or 16 bar pattern and also doesn’t have the 1 4 5 chord pattern either BUT…
You can still use one of the blues scales to improvise over it such as the the regular blues scale or the pentatonic
