CONGRATS WAYNE…you uploaded your first youtube video! See, you CAN do it 🙂 I know like we talked about in our e-mails that technology can be pain, but it’s got its advantages too. You know what this means? I can put you on video with me for our collab v.s. everyone just listening to what you did. As the drummer, you’re the one that REALLY deserves all the respect because if the drummer is off beat then the whole band will be off beat. In this case, meaning our collab is nothing more than toast LOL. The drummer is always boss. Be proud of what yourself Wayne! Thanks for the props in your video to me too 🙂 ON a side note, you’re getting some good stuff going on your Alto Wayne. What model of Alto are you using there?

Hi Wayne, I’ve just watched your video again for the 6th or 7th time today to show my wife and I must say I’m really impressed with your playing ability.

Beverly says you => CAN <= play the sax but the video is far too short – more please! Cheers Jeff and Bev

Wayne as a really good feel for timing & rhythm for sure, good sign of a drummer. Wayne says he wants to do something with me on Sax “sooner or later”…I say sooner!

Hey guys: BIG CONGRATS to Wayne…his drumming file that he just sent me today was 100% spot on with the backing track, very cool! That wasn’t a very easy thing to do either, it’s not like Wayne was here playing with me/the Blues Society where he’s the drummer taking the lead and the rest of us adapt to what he’s drumming…the drummer is boss. To make this collab. work over a computer edit, Wayne had to take the drumming file from the backing track we’re using and drum accurately with the backing track. If he was off even just 1 beat here and there, then the whole thing would become a bust. We’ve overcome the hardest part of our collab…you should feel proud about what you did Wayne, that wasn’t an easy thing for you to do. It’s sad that computers can’t adapt to players LOL Great job Wayne, we’re good to go. I’m ordering my reeds on Friday from WWBW and in the mean time I’m putting the backing track together with your drumming file. E-mail me your youtube video and I can then put you on the video and actually start putting this thing together to upload to Johnny’s site. You’ve done your part, now I have to hold up to my end of the deal 🙂

Man let me tell you , I’m kinda embarrassed ,I really would prefer to play in a band format we all would play off each other, that’s were you feel the magic when everyone is
hitting on all cylinders I seriously don’t know much with this tech stuff, however I’m learning , and it will get better, but you know what ??? This is a lot of fun!! I encourage everyone get your videos out, and give me some of your tips recording , lights mikes, etc…
