Frank Sinatra – Fly Me To The Moon Lyrics

Fly me to the moon and
Let me play among those stars
Let me see what spring is like on
        Jupiter and Mars
        In other words,
        Hold my handin other words,
        Darlin kiss me
Fill my heart with song and
Dlet me sing for ever more
You are all I long for all I
        Worship and adore
        In other words,
        Please be true
        In other words,
        I love you

            Maybe I didn’t treat you
Quite as good as I should have
            Maybe I didn’t love you
Quite as often as I could have

Little things I should have said and done
I just never took the time
You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind

            Maybe I didn’t hold you
            All those lonely, lonely times
And I guess I never told you
I’m so happy that you’re mine

If I make you feel second best
Girl, I’m so sorry I was blind
You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind

Tell me, tell me that your sweet love hasn’t died
Give me, give me one more chance
            To keep you satisfied, satisfied
Little things I should have said and done
I just never took the time

You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind

            Maybe I didn’t treat you
Quite as good as I should have
            Maybe I didn’t love you
Quite as often as I could have

            Maybe I didn’t hold you
            All those lonely, lonely times
And I guess I never told you
I’m so happy that you’re mine

Thanks my friends for viewing and review. I tried so hard as I was working this tune to use the octave option at the last section so I could play the high F#. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to repeatedly hit that high F# in altissimo. I know it is me and not the sax. Even though my sax is a Selmer Bundy II which is a student model it plays really well. After I re-regulated it recently I can hit on demand the low C# C B and Bflat. The aggravating thing is the only low note that is still constantly not reliable at any time is the low D. Can’t figure unless it is my ombrochure or may be a leaking pad. Everything else after I adjusted the regulation and octave key and had the pad replaced on the octave key and new cork put on the neck at our local shop,,plays really well.
So as it goes,,,for my age (76) and my original sax a new Selmer Super Action 80 purchased in the 70’s that I stupidly sold many years ago when I thought I was finished then had to find a local bargain that I could afford being retired with fixed income,,,,I am happy being back in the mix playing the sax. If I win a small lottery …lol…I will purchase a new sax. Must say,,,I am jealous of you guys with the Mark VI’s and the Yamaha horns. They sound so good.
Anyway thanks again for your support! Thank you Johnny for your professional site and backing tracks!!

                  Lyrics
Crazy, I’m crazy for feeling so lonely
I’m crazy, crazy for feeling so blue
I knew you’d love me as long as you wanted
And then someday you’d leave me for somebody new
Worry, why do I let myself worry?
Wondering what in the world did I do?
Crazy for thinking that my love could hold you
I’m crazy for trying and crazy for crying
And I’m crazy for loving you
Crazy for thinking that my love could hold you
I’m crazy for trying and crazy for crying
And I’m crazy for loving you
