If you’re a relatively new beginner check out some of the video lessons on fingering and scales, proper breathing etc.
If you are already playing a bit why not try learning a couple of songs or the improvisation lessons so you can practice along with the band tracks, It can be a fun way to practice and I find that’s the next best thing to playing with a real band.
