I got my custom MBII mouthpiece for the Alto :)

you can go for a wider tip anytime,
if its hard to play then drop down
reed sizes.
I started on a yamaha 4c & got up
to reed size 2. Then about 5 to 6
months later jumped to a .86 mouthpiece,
and had to go down to a 1.5 reed, after
a couple of months i got it back up to
a 2, reed wise i’m not ready to go
any higher!

Excellent. I just bought it. When I get it I will try a Rigotti Gold 2.5 whci i believe is like the Vandoren Blue Box 2

Hey Vinzenzo. Where did you buy it and for how many dollars.?? I am going to the city today to try a few MP’s but cant see them matching the sound the MB delivers.

I got it like new on e bay, for 100 dollars. I don’t have a store near me at all. Over an hour away, I tried doing a lot of research
