I suggested the reading lessons in the Theory section but if you’re having a hard time with simple stuff at this point go to the “Beginners: section, (that’s the first green colored box section)
about half way down there’s a mini course called “Introducing the G major scale”
this gets you started reading from the very basics….try that and follow along from there.
