Looking at your site, must have been a lot of work & time involved to say the least. When members buy something from you and now everyone gets a link that they can keep in their e-mail and have access to download what they bought; that alone should prove to be a real time saver for you.; seems like you we’re dealing with that constantly? I always found it to be really easy to download when I bought something; just had to wait those few seconds to be re-directed to your site and that was it–never had any problems downloading anything….I wonder maybe if it depended on the internet provider/browser that a person was using?
