You’ve Got a Friend Saxophone Music

You’ve Got a Friend was written by Carol King and released on her 1971 album Tapestry. It was not only a huge hit for her but for James Taylor as well, and in the same year. Many others have recorded it as well and most notably was Donny Hathaway’s very soulful live version and with Roberta Flack in the studio.

Song Key

This saxophone version is in the same key as Carol King’s original recorded version which was done in Ab major. That puts the Bb sax music chart in Bb major and the Eb saxophone sheet music in the key of F major.
