I can only see two recent purchases in Purchase history. When I try to go to my older purchases I get the background and this [purchase_history] I am trying to re-download mp3 and lead sheets that I bought a number of years ago, I can’t see to find them on the pc (its changed in the past few years.)

I used the email link, about a week or so ago, but no response.

Hi Bill, i get the same thang, and, that is for some time now with my older downloads..
VIZ Checkout / Purchase History / For Older Downloads which are not listed here “click this link” / [purchase_history]

Thinkin’ Johnny out gigging or in the studio lately, unable to access or reply to Emails just at the mo.
        Hang in there bro.

Probs with the older downloads on site may be due to recent site changes and we’ll have to ask John to get the Tech to investigate and look into it, if he’d be so kind.
The reward of patience is more patience, say.

Personally i’m just replacing the links i lost, that is using Premium Membership (4 airs per month and access to heapsa tutorials on that page – as well as other goodies). Seems lots of them have been rewritten on bigger ledgar paper or the complete song mix is now included and not just a backing track anywayz.

Are you a Premium Member still? Thoroughly recommended. Keep on rockin’.

        Cheers

            Thanks Mark,

I did hear from Johnny, it’s as suspected, the new software only goes back so far. I am searching my external drives, but I think they may be on a drive in my old PC, I have to crack the case (figuratively and literally) to pop that drive in the current pc and see what’s what.

Yay, Bill, Ram it in man! Jolly good show hey what! You’ol son of a gun you!

Spiffing. Beauty mate. All the best with your detective work ya!

Says Wikipedia, What is the Peter Gunn theme called?
“Peter Gunn” is the theme music composed by Henry Mancini for the television show of the same name. The song was the opening track on the original soundtrack album, The Music from Peter Gunn, released in 1959. Mancini won an Emmy Award and two Grammys for Album of the Year and Best Arrangement.

Peter Gunn is an American private eye television series, starring Craig Stevens as Peter Gunn with Lola Albright as his girlfriend, Edie Hart. The series aired on NBC from September 22, 1958,[2] to 1960 and on ABC in 1960–1961.[3] The series was created by Blake Edwards, who, on occasion, was also writer (for 39 episodes) and director (for nine episodes).[4][5][6]

Peter Gunn is notable for being the first televised detective program whose character was created for television, instead of adapted from other media.[3]

The series is probably best remembered today for its music, including the iconic “Peter Gunn Theme”, which was nominated for an Emmy Award[7] and two Grammys for Henry Mancini. Subsequently it was performed and recorded by many jazz, rock and blues musicians. The progressive rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer recorded the song adding synthesizers. The series was number 17 in the Nielsen ratings for the 1958–1959 TV season and number 29 for the 1960-61 TV season.[8][9]

              Plot
Peter Gunn is a suave, well-dressed private investigator whose hair is always in place and who loves cool jazz. Whereas other gumshoes are often coarse and vulgar, Gunn is a sophisticate with expensive tastes. A contemporary article in Life noted that Edwards “deliberately tailored the part after the famous movie smoothie Cary Grant”.[10]

              🙂

Says John, this Peter Gunn saxophone backing track is available for download with the tenor and alto saxophone sheet music included. Check it out now along with the other saxophone music and play along sax tracks we have.

Probably the coolest TV theme of all time — especially if you’re a sax fan! This version got it’s inspiration from the one recorded by 50′s rock & roll guitarist Duane Eddy with Steve Douglas on tenor sax. This is how a rock & roll sax is supposed to sound like, dirty and growly.

You don’t need to be a premuim member to access older purchases but yes, we can only go back a few years to the last software change
maybe around 3-5 years ago now.
