Pete, exactly, actually feel guilty if i don’t pick up the sax and play a few songs, always striving for a better sound, which is extremely hard to get. experts say
you should find a player (professional) and try to emulate their sound, I work at trying to sound like Johnny that old rock and roll sound.
Playing for people is also important because it requires a lot of practice prior to the show.
