Can’t download recently purchased music

I don’t no what is happening. No matter what password or username I put in, I cannot download the new music from Mustang Sally.
Furthermore, at least a year ago, I paid $97 for that course and I was never able to download that either.
I don’t know what to do and I really need help. I think I have to have a new username and a new password but maybe somebody there knows best and can help me. Richard FRIEDMAN 914-643-2380.
