      Ya, thanks for the share. I’ve loved this song ever since Stevie Wonder put it out in the 70’s. It really works well in this big band arrangement too.
      You’re right, they’re playing it in D minor which is B minor if you’re on alto and E minor for tenor. The main ideas are coming from the minor blues scale but what he’s expanding with is just chromatic note patterns. He also sounds like he’s from the Michael Brecker style of playing so if you really love that style check him out. he’s influenced many a saxophonist!
