Yes I do. I’ve tried on several diffent horns and it works the same for me. I use the 2nd set of fingerings as laid out in my altissimo course. BUT, the 1st set work well for me too, it’s just that the 2nd set feel better for me.

Yes…
middle finger on left hand and 1st and 2nd finger on right hand.
