          Carbon or Onyx?
I tracked the life-span a few years ago and did do a video on it….for me, they last between 6-10 months depending on my playing habits and schedule. Still, a LOT longer than cane.

Thanks or the info on the carbon fiber reeds Johnny, I knew they must last longer than the cane style.
Just wondering if you can get these reeds in a box size instead of 1 at a time?

              Lyrics
I don’t want you to be no slave
I don’t want you to work all day
But I want you to be true
And I just wanna make love to you
              Love to you, ooohooo
              Love to you
All I want to do is wash your clothes
I don’t want to keep you indoors
There is nothing for you to do
But keep me making love to you
              Love to you, ooohooo
              Love to you
And I can tell by the way you walk that walk
And I can hear by the way you talk that talk
And I can know by the way you treat your girl
That I could give you all the loving in the whole wide world
All I want you to do is to make your bread
Just to make sure that you’re well fed
I don’t want you sad and blue
And I just wanna make love to you
              Love to you, ooohooo
              Love to you, oooh
And I can tell by the way you walk that walk
And I can hear by the way you talk that talk
And I can know by the way you treat your girl
That I could give you all the loving in the whole wide world
Oh, all I wanna do, all I wanna do is cook your bread
Just to make sure that you’re well fed
I don’t want you sad and blue
And I just wanna make love to you
              Love to you, ooohooo
              Real love to you, ooohooo
              Love to you, ooohooo

                Air is in D7
so that is E7 on tenor sax

Little Walter plays intro in 2nd posn, G harp
Then switches to 3rd posn, Super 64 chromatic in key of C

Says Wikipedia ~ If we were soloing over an E7 chord (E–G#–B–D), our Mixo-pentatonic scale would be E–G#–A–B–D (1–3–4–5–b7). You can think of this scale as a pentatonic version of the Mixolydian mode, which has a formula of 1–2–3–4–5–6–b7. In this instance, it would be derived from E Mixolydian (E–F#–G#–A–B–C#–D).

Great choice, James! Cool song ya methinks it’d sure be a beaut tune for us all here too
                  air is Em7 maybde?

                  Em7 scale
E minor 7 (Em7) is a beautiful chord composed of the notes E, G, B, and D. The combination of the minor key (G is the flat 3rd of the major scale) and the 7th interval (D) give it a rich, interesting sound.

fyi @John somethink from the opposition –
