Been listening through the various tenor recordings comparing the synthetic with the cane reeds, the only difference i can detect is the cane slightly carries on vibrating longer than the synthetic reed other than that there’s hardly any noticeable difference between the two to me. just my humble opinion
SX poet Thanks for that, yeah noticed not too many of our fellow players uploading their songs lately, so I have recently switched over to Fiberreeds, they are so much better than cane just pick up the sax and start playing, I like the “Hemp medium” the best so far, especially for the high notes. (also have the carbon fiber and the onyx they are not bad either).
