      just started learning this song

got the backing track as well
but i reckon it would make a great backing track on this website

also got to learn this one
      later on

      which would also
make a great backing track on
      this site

Gotta love Jimmy Dorsey on the alto. One of my favorite ’50’s alto sax songs is “So Rare”. Think he died about 6 months after this song hit the charts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cCoZLDwMamE

Hi sxpoet. Some real early rock n Rollers. The best. I use Bill Haley in some of my practice sessions

Thanks William – recently started rock n roll in my sax lessons, learning “See you later alligator” is my teachers introduction to rock n roll.

also started the blues at the same time in my sax lessons.

Learning Classical stuff, the blues & rock n roll is a lot to take in.
have to put a different hat on for each as they are all different.

William – you’ll have to upload some Bill Haley stuff !!
