BTW thanks for your input on the above download issue, it seems to be never-ending with some people although I think the technical glitch has been sorted out as of today. But regardless, your instructions are solid whether using the emails or now and I hope people take not of this

Hey William, please don’t worry bout that. I can certainly understand, there are a lot of online sites that are operated by phonies only there to take your money. I was quite surprised to read your postings because they happened before I even got a chance to make things right.
By coincidence, that very same day is when I finally connected with the right person who was to “fix” the email issue we have been experiencing. I’m glad to report it all seems to be working now…sending out an email receipt for every purchase with the download links. This was working fine after I did the site overhaul a few months ago but recently started failing due to something in the software program.
Of course this technology can fail us from time to time so I will just encourage anyone to simply email me or post any download problem and I usually respond within a matter of hours at the most… but now it should be smooth sailing!

I went to do my lesson today in Major Scale Improv Course and it said I reached my download limit? I have been just going there each time for my lesson, but I guess this is not the correct way? Not sure what to do?

Ok, I think it’s because you accessed it from the download link each time and those links have a limit.
It’s fixed now but you should bookmark it next time and access it that way to make it easier if you haven’t done that already.

Not sure I Understand… Do you mean you downloaded the MP3 back track and it doesn’t play on your computer?
