i’ve noticed 4 ingredients that top flight players have in common in any type of activity
        1) tend to start young 2) intensely passionate about their type of work 3) desperate to get out there and demonstrate what they can do and show no signs of nervousness 4) will not stop at nothing or let anyone get in their way to get to the top
