wrong membership

just paid $20 with paypal for the new practice routine and was directed to a page that says
‘wrong membership’ with no download link, did i do something wrong? previous downloads have
worked o.k.

Hi dragz, this has happened to 2 or 3 people for a reason I don’t know so I have contacted my tech support to see what the problem is. I will get this sorted out as quickly as possible.
Please make sure you are logged in on the site before you hit the dowmload link
