      Hi can any1 recommend any Blues songs easy listening,the likes of Night Train,Ain't No Sunshine, willow Weep for me, or can anyone put a bunch of Blues songs I can buy on iTunes, also if you read this Jonny wat would you say Night Train & the music you play is it funky Blues or rock in roll blues Thanks

        Hi Lou, the catagory of "blues" is a big one and has many sub-catagories…
        Blues was the original genre of rock & roll, R&B, jump blues, swing etc.
        Another descriptive word that is sometimes used to describe this type of music is "roots" music, or roots rock & roll etc.

              Some Johnny Hodges albums are sort of bluesy and easy listening too. Back to Back & Blues A Plenty. Alto though.
