Talk about being one happy camper..I’m holding Altissimo G long enough now to play “I Was Made To Love Her”…..I’m super, super excited about it 🙂 I’ve been learning this great song and in the process working on holding that Altissimo G, wasn’t sure I was going to be able to get it or not! It’s funny, being able to hold higher notes longer with not too much problems like Altissimo C# for “I Heard it Through the Grape Vine”–I’ve got that one pretty much done–we would think the higher we go, the harder it is to hold these notes for along time…Altissimo G was WAY harder to hold; talk about a work out. This kind of Motown stuff on the Saxophone is what definately gets me going, hope you can look at releasing more stuff like this, or stuff from guys like Red Prysock, Big Jay, etc..
