Payed but for some reason didnt get files

This is my transaction number from paypal for my sheet music etc.

I couldn’t get through your systems.
Perhaps you should be offering internet lessons.
This is screen shot shows what happened when I right clicked a link.
There is no ‘save files’ option.
Can you get me the files please.

Paul, if you followed my “internet lessons” as they are explained on the download page you would have succeeded with the download. Here is what my instructions say:
*Important – when right clicking a PC will usually have the “save file” as an option and a Mac will have “save link as” as the option.
Notice I wrote *Important before the instructions which say “save link as”
On your screen shot there is an option (4th one down) that says “save link as”

But not to worry I will email you the download link again.
