I’ve got access to my daughters flute, apparently if you play a flute, it helps a lot with your sax playing as the flute requires a stronger more fine tuned embouchure control. (so they say)
True about the flute
I have s hard time with it cause it requires a ton of air
Try it for yourself the fingering is almost identical but not the embouchure obvioisly
