        Hi

        I am sorry but there is no Coupon Code box on left hand side at check out time.
        I am still conviced there is an issue with my profile because it seems so easy with your profile.

        As it’s a real pain, I think it’s time to drop my account and refund my 27$ because I was unable to get my 4 songs of
        the month for free and I am unable to get a discount of 50% on any other song

          Thanks for your feedback but this is what I already tried several times, and also by choosing different songs.

          When I add Mercy Mercy to my cart ( same problem with other songs from the free list (I mean, from the no chargeable list for the month),
          I never get a field to enter a coupon code.

          May be somethink wrong with my profile?

          I already had a profile to access https://www.howtoplaysaxophone.org/ with my email address and a password

          When I bought the Exclusive Backing Tracks package I got an email with same login ID ( my email address) but with a different password to access
          the below link:

          Login URL: https://sax.academy/how-to-play-the-saxaphone/login-3e848e1a/
          Username: jeanpaullucas@gmail.com
          Password: <another password>

            Hello
            Two hours ago, I purchased the Exclusive Backing Tracks package and got the confirmation email with the link for downloads.

            I selected Mercy Mercy from the available free list but I don’t see the field to enter the coupon code I got in the email.

            Indeed I am signed in with my email address and the password from the confirmation email.
            I do see the Premium Dashbord orange button in the top upper right corner of the screen.

            Is there any delay to get my profile updated?
