Hey Johnny. I was asked to play Can’t help falling in love for a wedding next year. I showed em your take on the song and they loved it. I just downloaded the song. I’m a tenor man but when I play the 2, man the alto speaks to me in this song. I got a berg .115 hard rubber mouthpiece for my alto some time ago but couldn’t use it as it must have been too open for me but after some hard work and the right reed, wow, this thing is sweet! I am using regular vandoren 2.5 reeds. I have 2.5 vandoren zz reeds but they don’t play as easy on this berg piece for some reason.
Anyways, here’s my question. I know with your newer music, you have the chords included over the sheet music. Do you have them available for this song?
How would one go about figuring out what chords would be played in the various sections?
