Download and videos got redirected to registration page

Hi, I just bought the daily practice routine yesterday but I can’t access the download link. Everytime I clicked/copy paste on the link it always redirect me to the registration page. I tried logging out and logging in again, still can’t access. Also I noticed the same thing happens when i try to access videos from tone development and technique category.

Help would be Appreciated

OK I believe I found the problem… you had not clicked the 2nd registration email therefore were not fully registered in the system.
I have added you now so should be working. Please try it again.
