G’day sx poet and all others
I added a few things to Night Train. To record the whole thing without making a mistake is impossible but I keep practicing. Good exercise for blowing those low Bb’s. Maybe in a year or two I’ll have it

William – best thing to do is practice it for a week then record it, Warts and all – upload it for everyone to hear. I’m not JF standard, I’ve not spent a career playing the sax, i can’t compete with sax players who do it for a living playing live in bands etc..

I’m just someone like yourself who loves playing the sax, so my recordings will be poor timing, wrong notes. But the main thing is i like hearing how i sound, and if get the timing right with no bum notes then that’s a bonus.

Then record it again a few months later, and check the difference. You might surprise yourself. Record now, tomorrow never comes.
