          Thanks Pete, the mic is wireless and transmits to the speaker (on the counter) which has the echo effect. I like the sound it makes, I am just learning on how to best use it.

                      Fantastic and inspirational effort as ever, Leo! Your musical tone is soooo good. I love that microphone and speaker echo effects, that is coupled woth all your embellishments. You certrainly are our rising star!!
                      Before you ask i’m still waiting to hear back from the sax repair lady insofar to my YTS – i think she must be on holidays o/s. Ya itz becoming protracted.
                      Also i need to find just one song to do, instead of chopping and changing between the many dozens that i like! Agh.
                      Once again, your playing is truly inspirational. I wish we lived a lot closer so i might practice with you sometimes, say. Looking forwards to your next air.

                      🙂

                      The Making Of… The Animals’ The House Of The Rising Sun

                      ~~~~~~ / ~~~~~~
                      Lyrics
                      [Refrain]
                      There is a house in New Orleans
                      They call the Rising Sun
                      And it’s been the ruin of many a poor boy
                      And God, I know I’m one
                      [Verse 1]
                      My mother was a tailor
                      She sewed my new blue jeans
                      My father was a gamblin’ man
                      Down in New Orleans
                      [Verse 2]
                      Now the only thing a gambler needs
                      Is a suitcase and a trunk
                      And the only time he’ll be satisfied
                      Is when he’s all drunk
                      [Instrumental Break 01:43-02:28]
                      [Organ Solo]
                      [Verse 3]
                      Oh, mothers, tell your children
                      Not to do what I have done
                      Spend your lives in sin and misery
                      In the House of the Rising Su
                      [Verse 4]
                      Well, I got one foot on the platform
                      The other foot on the train
                      I’m goin’ back to New Orleans
                      To wear that ball and chain
                      [Refrain]
                      Well, there is a house in New Orleans
                      They call the Rising Sun
                      And it’s been the ruin of many a poor boy
                      And God, I know I’m one
                        Hello Mark, Thanks for the very kind words, it is always great to get the positive feedback you always provide, not to mention all the information you provide about a song.
                        Your research on songs is always fun to read about, especially about the rising sun, who knew it had such a long history. BTW for my Christmas present to myself this year
                        I am moving up to a Yamaha YTS 62 (professional) My YTS 23 was/is a great sax but I thought I needed an upgrade. Time will tell if it was a worth while purchase.
                        Would be great to practice with you however the distance from Massachusett to Perth is 11,624.02 miles quite the trip….
