try it Jeff, i would use the plastic holder that comes with Vandoran reeds just to keep shape of tip, it appears thats the same shape holder in the reedjuvenate

actually the VE20 , is sweet for other instruments too, like a NAF, but the thing with these is its a pain in the but to set up, you need an amp, the VE20, 2 power cords, feed cord, and some other one, , if one had a music room no problem, but this would be cool

well,,,, sax players have been doing fine without them, the The Klangbogrn might have some science behind it, vibration reduction, , (but good high end necks are in place for that), they are placed in the hole for the music lyre, but most high end saxs don’t have those, my thoughts anyway

yuk,, i used to stick in my mouth, before playing, while setting up, no i use a slim shot glass , with about an inch of water, works out great–i think i will start using Hydrogen peroxide too

i have no ambition to use heavier reeds,dont need loud…. i play in my house and java green 2, and V16 1.5 are great , soft and easy and relaxed..
i also have some alexander RC and Gonzalez, but i use those for more smaller tips MPs
