I have the sheet music in A minor, no sharps or flats, similar to the key of C major. The backing track is downloaded in the key of G Minor , two flats like Bb

Still working on Mrs Robinson. If the backing track is G minor, two flats would the sheet music be A minor,

I’m looking at Mrs Robinson.
Published key is F# minor. That is 3 sharps. What key or how many sharps will be in the backing tracks. how do i figure this stuff. If the music is A minor no sharps or flats, would the backing tracks be B minor like D with 2 sharps

Thanks sx poet for the info. I’m tone deaf so it’s impossible for me to match notes by ear. Anytune water access to my microphone so Anytune can always have access to the mic. Maybe access to the mic might help with matching the notes. The karaoke site is usually spot on but the right key is often not available

While practicing “Bridge Over Troubled Water” I’m also blowing “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers” in the key of G major on my tenor sax. I have it in various keys e.g F major, D major. I prefer to blow it in G major but I don’t have a backing track in the key of F major. Maybe Johnny will post “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers” later this year. In the…[Read more]

I’ve watched all of Yellowstone and all the prequels, 1823 & 1923 and I’ve been blowing the proper music – RHINESTONE COWBOY. So on my music stand is Rhinestone Cowboy. The backing track is in C major so that puts the tenor sax in D major
