Hi Leo yes i try to play along with Johnny just to try and get my timing better, thats how we learn a lot imo.
Also i watch the video of Johnny and play along with that. -

Colin out of the ones you have listed i would go for Yamaha 62, the Mauriat does have a nice sound but for build quality its the Yamaha imo.

Yes Leo, its one our favourite songs to, this is a Willie Nelson track i do have Johns track as well which is pretty good to play as well Thanks for listening.

Thanks SXPOET, I have Yamaha Custom ZS Tenor using a otto link ( 30yr old) “Super Tone Master 7* M/P, Francois Louis Ligature I have a Yamaha MG 10XU Mixer using it to record on Audacity, not mastered the recording part yet only just got the mixer. Still working it out but enjoying it..

Mel yea good ligature Francois Louis, I have the Ultimate silver for my Otto Link STM 7* M/P and like you say it makes the difference in it being more open and frees the reed more.
